• National evaluation of Family Counselling Centre: Prepared evaluation report of FCC across India through quantitative questionnaire with qualitative indicators. Study was sponosored by Ministry of Women and Child Development, GoI
• Quantitative analysis through SPSS (N=4000) including survivor interview, NGOs, stakeholders and social workers
• Qualitative analysis of data: Prevalence of violence in India, change in family structures and monitoring indicators and need for FCC in future.
• Editing and Report writing of Evaluation study for publication.

The Tata Institute of Social Sciences was invited to undertake the evaluation study of the Family Counselling Centre (FCC) by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India. The study was undertaken by the Centre for Women-Centred Social Work, in the School of Social Work. Conducted over a period of 14 months, in 33 States as well as Union Territories, the study sought to understand the effectiveness of the services being offered at the FCCs, nature of cases that the client group comes to the FCCs with, and congruence between the two. A set of recommendations to enhance the quality of services has been made.
