Delhi Police Training, Special Police Unit for Women and Children

A session on Causes and Types of Violence in Matrimonial Relationships was scheduled as part of this training. A total of 65 police officers across two sessions attended this training. The expected outcome of the session was the participants would be able to identify risk factors and warning signs of violence, describe the various types/forms of violence including emergent forms of violence.

The Department of Social Work, Jamia Millia Islamia, has been approached by Delhi Police to organise a three day refresher training for police officers working in the Crime Against Women Cells.
